Cookies on this Website

There are none! And why would there be?

We don't track you. We don't care what pages you've visited before. We don't use third-party web frameworks. We don't have ads cluttering things up. We serve plain HTML with some CSS and Javascript — none of which require cookies. If you ever see a cookie popup on this website, you're not on this website anymore.

(Well technically there's a cookie emoji in the bottom of each page, but that's an emoji and not a real cookie!)

Privacy Policy for our Games

In case you missed the previous section, we really don't want any of your personal information. Our games don't collect any information from you, your system, or even whether or not you complete the tutorial level. As all of our games so far are single player games, we don't even use your network (although Steam™ may require a network connection at some point).

Not only that, as we don't care about your information — we don't even try to access it! All games we make only access the files you install and the save state that's in %LOCALAPPDATA%/GameName (on Windows), ~/.GameName (on Linux) and in your local IndexedDB on web builds.

AI Policy

Let's talk slop. We don't want it…

… and we hope you don't want it either. Our art, audio, music — anything artistic that goes in the game you download is crafted by either us, or we'll license it from another crafter (or just download in case it's in the public domain). Any third-party art, audio or code is listed in the game's description and / or in its credits screen.

The game code has harsher restrictions. We do not use game engines or any third-party programming library (except public domain LZMA SDK for compressing our web builds). In other words, there has been no vibecoding in anything you download from us — including the — on the left there!
